This summer, join Free Street Theater for Ricardo Gamboa’s The Real Life Adventures of Jimmy de las Rosas, a play that uses real world toxic spills and sweatshops in Little Village as the jumping off point for a new kind of superhero story. When 13-year old Jimmy’s mother is kidnapped by mutant chihuahuas, he activates his telekinetic powers to get her back. Performed by a multigenerational cast, this play for all-audiences will be performed for FREE in seven Chicago parks. Bring your friends, your parents, your cousins, and your neighbor down the street!
ALL SHOWS AT 6:30p.m. Outdoor performances – bring a chair, a blanket, a picnic. Have fun!
